"O'BRIEN"is In compliance with the Food Regulatory Authority of Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) Nutrition, Health and Related Claims Standard 1.2.7, the words"GLUTEN FREE"appear on the packaging.
Typical beer is produced using malt (such as malted barley), hops, water, and yeast, but"O'BRIEN"does not use malt, but uses ancient grains such as sorghum and millet instead. By doing so, we have established gluten-free.

"O'BRIEN" Development story
John O'Brien is a legend in the Australian beer industry. He used to be a beer lover of engineer, and after finding out that he couldn't eat gluten, he wanted to create a beer that didn't use mass-produced wheat or barley and had a great taste that everyone could enjoy. Blending the unique aromas and flavors offered by ancient grains such as sorghum and millet, refining the brewing process and equipment, working with local farmers to produce ancient grains suitable for production, and really lots of trial and error and tasting. In 2003, he produced his masterpiece"O'BRIEN".
